PURPOSE
The Kitchen Kabinet is the team that leads our congregation in the safe preparation and storage of food. Their recommendations for food safety are not only for church and community events but also for family use in preparing everyday meals.
Committee Members:
Kay Gregory: Kay is a Clemson Extension with the Clemson Extension Cooperative. She also writes a regular column for the Index Journal.
Jim Conley: Jim  has extensive experience in the food service industry.
Dodie Conley: Dodie also has experience in the food service industry.
