Give
As members in the United Methodist Church, we pledge to support our church with our prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness.
Prayers
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, Colossians 4:2, and Philippians 4:6 remind us to pray without ceasing and present our requests to God in a community of faith.
If you have a prayer request, we invite you to send it to prayer@stmarkgreenwood.com. It will be added to our weekly published prayer list. If you have a prayer request of a confidential nature, please email pastorprayer@stmarkgreenwood.com. These requests are seen only by our two pastors and are kept confidential.
Presence
Hebrews 10:24-25 and Acts 2:42-46 emphasize the importance of physically gathering with believers and breaking bread together.
We encourage you to participate in worship with us! Click here to learn more about our worship services.
Gifts
2 Corinthians 9:7, Proverbs 3:9, and Malachi 3:10 highlight faithful stewardship, generosity, and cheerfully supporting the work of the church.

Service
1 Peter 4:10, Galatians 5:13, and Matthew 25:40 call believers to use their spiritual gifts to humbly serve others as though serving Christ directly.

Witness
Colossians 3:17, 1 Peter 3:15, and Acts 1:8 encourage followers to live and speak in a way that reflects Christ and shares the gospel message with the world.
The United Methodist Church's mission is "to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world". This is rooted in the biblical Great Commission.

"Give, and it will be given to you.
A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."
(Luke 6:38)
